Coming Soon!

Giles Clark, a Trinity Student, cook and member of the Irish Food Network, will be off to Berkeley, California where he will be spending his summer as an apprentice at the legendary Chez Panisse Restaurant. Giles has generously agreed to keep us posted on this great adventure. So stayed tuned to this spot to hear more about what he's learning at Chez Panisse, what foods he's been eating, what restaurants are hot and about his trips to the Edible School Yard and the Inaugural Slow Food Nation Event at Fort Mason in San Francisco.
